Most homeowners would rather bear with having poor water flow or slow drains than opt for a sewer repair. But sooner or later the issue gets bigger and bigger until they're left with no other recourse than to call a professional.

At Jim Dandy Sewer & Plumbing, we offer trenchless services, a no dig solution that's not like traditional sewer pipe repairs done in Bellevue, Washington. With the use of modern equipment, knowledge and skills, our technicians carry out repairs in record time.

CIPP Technology in Solving Sewer Problems

Traditional sewer repair methods entail a lot of costs, from having to hire heavy machinery, labor and having to put back the landscape once the repairs are completed. CIPP, which is one of the trenchless technologies available, foregoes the need to dig up trenches and excavate along the pipe area. It's eco-friendly, efficient and takes less time as compared to the old ways. Our technicians will only need to create or use an existing access point to start the repair.

Our qualified technicians initially do a visual inspection of the problem area and the whole length of your sewer system in order to assess its status and see if there are repairs that need to be done. For homeowners and business owners, the real-time visual feed gives them proof of the condition of their pipes, allowing them to make an informed decision. Prior to lining, we clear the insides of your pipe using specialized equipment and the cleaning power of pressurized water. Once the liner is installed and the pipe's interiors are dry, the hardened resin forms into a brand new pipe and you'll be able to use your plumbing in just a few hours.

Pipes that have cracked due to invading tree roots, have worn out and aged, or have fallen into disrepair can be resolved by the pipe lining process. We clean the pipes of debris and calcified matter using a green technique called hydro jetting, then flush out the waste to the nearest municipal line. Dust, sludge, oil and other household materials disintegrate into smaller pieces, leaving behind a clean pipe that has its original diameter. Remarkably, any bacteria that has stuck will be washed out as well.

Your broken pipes will then be rehabilitated using newer pipe lining methods. Our technicians will be applying reinforced polyester, epoxy saturated or resin formulas via the following processes:

Pulled-In-Place Lining. Two access points are created; one near the problem point and one acting as the exit point. A liner coated with special resin is inserted, blown and cured in place, effectively forming a new pipe inside the old one.

Inversion Lining. Only one small access point is dug, and the epoxy coated liner is inserted via an inversion method. The resin fills the cracks and joins in with the original pipe. This trenchless process can rehab huge sections of pipelines in just one application.

At Jim Dandy Sewer & Plumbing, we are committed to bringing the best plumbing services to all our customers in Bellevue, Washington. Call us and we'll be there for emergency services. Our technicians have years of experience working with both residential and commercial trenchless repairs. Your plumbing concern is immediately addressed, freeing you to make the most of your day.
